These bags for everyone and anyone, are all one of a kind creations, mostly made from leather. The whimsical designs are often inspired by the shape of a rough piece of hide. The majority of the construction is hand done, lacing the parts together with hand tools and little or no glue or dye. I use leathers sourced in Canada and Mexico. Most are cowhide, but there is also some moose and deer. The seal skin that I use is from traditional hunts conducted by Inuit communities for subsistence purposes.
I have chosen to identify each bag with the name of a favourite Canadian tree.
