Often arrogantly referred to as the Capital of the World, Paris intriques me like no other place on earth.  One cannot look anywhere in this city without seeing art and artist inspired creations.  Every bit of architicture , signage, sidewalks, fire escapes,clothing, food and all else is in some way infused with artistic expression.  It is the most inspring environment I have ever experienced.  I cannot look anywhere without seeing something I want to paint.
